Topic: Income Assessments: A Practical Toolkit
One of a trustee’s statutory duties is to complete annual income assessments for a bankrupt estate. In this presentation we will provide practical guidance on:
- Conducting an income assessment for a bankrupt in receipt of PAYG income using AI integration to improve efficiency.
- Conducting a more advanced income assessment where the debtor operates a business/is self employed
